02Safe by design

It knows what it must never do

The rules below run before the AI on every sentence the caller says. The AI cannot talk its way past them.

Emergencies go to 999

Chest pain, breathing problems, heavy bleeding: the caller is told to hang up and dial 999, and your team is alerted at once.

No medical advice

It never interprets symptoms or medicines. It offers a consultation or a call back from a clinician instead.

Details read back

Name, number and email are read back and must be confirmed before anything is booked or charged.

Card numbers never spoken

The caller enters card details on a secure keypad. The receptionist never hears, says or stores them.

Your policy, word for word

24 hours’ notice, the £50 late fee and the £30–£100 deposit come from your own terms. The AI cannot change a price or a rule.

Patient data handled properly

For the pilot: UK or EU hosting, a data protection impact assessment, and clear rules on how long call records are kept.

03Your numbers

How much reception time would it give back?

Move the sliders to match a normal week at the clinic. Most of the saving comes from routine calls: opening hours, prices, directions, bookings and changes.

9.8hours a week back for your reception team
£6,311a year in reception time
AI receptionist after the pilot£395 a month
Includes 400 call minutes, no setup fee, cancel with 30 days’ notice

This is an estimate, not a quote. It assumes 7 open days a week and 46 working weeks a year. We have no salary data from the clinic, so the hourly cost is an assumption. All prices exclude VAT.

04Free 14-day pilot

Try it on your own calls, at no cost

No fee, no card details and no obligation. If it does not save your team time, you walk away.
